Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Items returned after 30 days of purchase may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

All products sold by TAAM Store include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error.
